You’ve been reading your body your whole life

I help women who lead understand what they’re already noticing through body type and pattern recognition.

So your symptoms stop feeling random, and you start to see the pattern behind them.

FROM SYMPTOM CHASING TO BODY CEO™

I spent years trying to figure out my own body.

Not casually. I mean really trying.

Different approaches.
Different answers.
Different people telling me different things.

And I kept hitting the same roadblock. Something would help for a bit, and then it wouldn’t. I never understood why.

I wasn’t looking for someone to fix me.
I wanted to understand myself.
I wanted to know what was actually going on so I could make a decision and trust it.

When I finally understood my body type and how my symptoms reflected a pattern of imbalance, everything I’d been trying started making sense.

Not because I found the right plan.
Because I finally had the right lens.

That’s what I built Body CEO™ around.
Not another thing to try.
A way to read your body by understanding what your symptoms are telling you instead of guessing.

Your body isn’t a mystery.
You just haven’t had a way to decode it.

Hi there

I’m Tasha.

I’m a wife, mom of six, gran, entrepreneur, homeschooler, and homesteader. I live in the country, raise chickens, preserve what we grow, and I’m happiest with my family, on the lake or in my garden.

I’ve always been wired to figure things out. Growing up in the 80s and 90s, that wasn’t optional. There was no Google. No YouTube tutorial. No ChatGPT. You called someone, rode your bike to ask someone, or just figured it out yourself.

Problem-solving is one of my gifts. I like understanding why something isn’t working and what’s actually behind it.

I’ve led at a high level, adapted quickly when there was no clear blueprint, and learned a lot by figuring things out in real time. For five years, our family of eight lived fully off-grid. During the last two of those years, I also worked remotely as a senior executive in e-commerce. We didn’t know a thing about off-grid living when we started. By the end of it, we were pretty good at it.

Here’s what I know about not knowing what you’re doing: it’s uncomfortable. And then it’s not. Because you learn. And once you learn, you can’t un-learn it.

I Built What I Couldn’t Find

I didn't feel sick, but I didn't feel like myself either.

I was dealing with chronic fatigue, brain fog, eczema, weight gain, digestive issues, and a lack of motivation that wasn't like me at all.

And the truth is, I had always noticed my body. I noticed symptoms. I noticed patterns. I noticed when something felt off. I just didn't know how to read what I was noticing. I didn't know how to decode it properly.

I was tracking every metric, following every plan, trying dozens of supplements, eating well, and still, I couldn't figure out why none of it was working.

So I started investigating. I studied Holistic Digestion & Nutrition Sciences.

But I didn't stop at education. I built something. A way of understanding my body that finally made sense.

Because the real turning point for me wasn't more information. It was learning how to read what my body was actually doing, so the right choices started to feel instinctive. And honestly, the simplicity was the end of the rainbow I'd been looking for.

Simplicity is my love language.

That's what I teach now.

Everything I learned, through my education and through my own body, became the foundation for the work I do today, so women can finally understand theirs too.

When I’m Not WORKING

I don’t schedule anything before 10 AM. Mornings are for God, my family, and me.

I’m homeschooling our youngest two, 9 and 11, while running my business from home.

You’ll usually find me paddleboarding, out on the boat with my husband and kiddos, or off on some kind of adventure with my family. In the winter, you can bet your boots I’m close to the wood stove.

I’m planting, picking, or preserving flowers, herbs, fruit, and vegetables. I’m a total Back to Eden Method garden nerd.

I spend time with my children and grandchildren as often as I can.

Yes, that’s me in the car singing. I've been singing with my brush as a microphone since I was a little kid, and I even performed in several musicals in my 30s.

I was a photographer for over 15 years in my 20s & 30s, and it's still a way I love to be creative.

I love a good period piece movie.

I’m fully in my self-care era, and honestly, I think more women need permission to do the same.
